Refund and Return Policy – The Watch Mania

We strive to deliver quality wall clocks and ensure your satisfaction. However, in case of issues:

1. Returns
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if damaged or defective.

To initiate a return, email us at cleavercollection@gmail.com with order details and product photos.

2. Refunds
After verifying the returned item, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Non-Returnable Items
Products showing signs of use or damage not due to transit/manufacturing issues will not be eligible for return.

4. Exchange
We do not offer direct exchanges. You may return and reorder a new product.
